Very unprofessional . I wouldn’t shop here again.Other reviews have to be fake or employees.while in Arusha I called this company because I heard they have the best Mosquito nets. I wanted to buy 100 mosquito nets to donate to children in need. After getting a call back I told the gentleman I spoke to I will come and pick 2 bundles up . When I showed up I had to call the front desk , a lady responded, told me she would call back but never did. They Left me at the gate for over an hour. Several attempts for communication were made with no success. I was trying hard because of the kids I wanted to donate to. Eventually I had to leave. TERRIBLE ! Experience ... Several days later no one ever got back to me .
It's realy big industry in kisongo. Employs many people within the region.
